We have recently updated our systems and experienced a delay in issuing March billings.
Customers on Pre-Authorized and Budget Payment Plans will see a delay in the amount being requested from your bank account.
Your April billing will be issued before the end of April, prior to the Due Date shown on your March bill. This may result in showing a balance forward on your statement if payments are not processed before this date.
If you pay your bills on-line, by telephone banking, or in person at a financial institution, you will need to update the “Bill Payee” to Newmarket Hydro or Newmarket-Tay Power, and update your hydro account number to the “new” 10-digit number shown on your bill.
If you are registered for online account access through CUSTOMER CONNECT, you will be redirected to a New Customer Portal to reset your password.
